The Survey of the American Consumer is designed to understand media and product usage from consumers all across the U.S. Our sample uses scientific and well-established sampling methods in order to obtain a sample representing all American adults, age 18+. One of the ways we do this is to predesignate households as either "male" or "female" and choose a respondent randomly within that gender. In some households we allow an adult of the other gender to take the survey if no one from the predesignated gender exists in that home. In some households we also have a more specific age requirement.

Unfortunately, no. We randomly select addresses to represent the entire population and only selected households can participate.

It varies – every individual is different so it’s difficult to give a specific time estimate. However, the questions are easy to answer, and most people find it enjoyable.

Once we receive your completed online survey your reward should be emailed within 24 hours. Our system will send an email from info@mrisurvey.com containing your reward, so you may wish to add our email address to your contacts list in your email application to ensure delivery. We know sometimes email services and apps can sort emails into different folders.
